Shipping Policy

 

Before placing an order:

  •  All shipping times, costs and information can be found at the checkout once you input your shipping address (this is calculated by the shipping provider at checkout and not by me personally).
  • Make sure you read the entirety of the shipping and refund policy before placing your order, shipping is never refundable after the order is dropped off at the post office.

After placing an order:

  • Tracking info will be provided once your order has shipped by email provided
  • Orders typically are dropped off to ship within 2-3 business days unless you see a site-wide vacation notice.
  • From the email you will receive tracking and the carrier will provide you with a shipping date estimate and all information about the shipment.
  • After the package is dropped off I am only able to access the same information as you are and am unable to make any changes to your shipment.
  • Shipping is estimated through the USPS within a window and is not guaranteed on any one date. If you need an order by a certain date make sure to order in plenty of time as I can not promise delivery on any day no matter which option you select.
  •  Refunds will not be given for orders for shipping delays.
  • If an item is determined to be lost in the mail, that would be claimed through the postal service. Reach out to them directly if this is the case.
  •  If your package is returned to me in the event you do not accept or the maximum delivery attempts have been made, I will refund the cost of the order minus shipping which you will receive an email confirmation for.

Shipping is non refundable for any reason. Once the label is purchased that service is used and must be paid for. If an order is returned or refunded in any way for any reason it will be minus the shipping if the label has been purchased. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping. 

International orders information:

Check with your countries customs policies prior to order to make sure your items are not prohibited for import. A Riffle In Time is not responsible for countries refusals to import and shipping is nonrefundable. Taxes, custom fees, tariffs, etc as mentioned below are not collected at time of purchase and will be at time of delivery/import. For information on that, look up import and customs fees for your specific country. 
 

A NOTE ABOUT CUSTOMS: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to be current on any customs fees, tariffs or VAT taxes that may be applicable to their purchase order. We are not liable for customs fees, tariffs or VAT taxes that your country charges you, the importer, nor are we responsible for any delays in delivery on account of customs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend you check your local government's customs rules for more information. 

Also if using a shipping forwarding/delivery service to deliver your order please note I am only responsible for your order until it arrives safely to the address I am given to deliver to. I am not able to help with shipping, customs or any order issues after it is in the hands of the company you are using. Any packages lost or damaged need to be dealt with through the provider you used. A Riffle In Time is not responsible for the order once it is delivered to the given address and will not replace or refund for an order for events that happen in the hands of another company. Use these services at your own risk.
