Shipping Policy

Tracking info will be provided once your order has shipped. Orders typically are dropped off to ship within 2 business days (usually faster) unless you see a site-wide vacation notice. From there you will receive tracking and the carrier will provide you with a shipping date estimate and all information about the shipment. After the package is dropped off I am only able to access the same information as you are and am unable to make any changes to your shipment. Shipping is estimated through the carrier of your choice within a window and is not guaranteed on any one date. If you need an order by a certain date make sure to order in plenty of time as I can not promise delivery on any day no matter which option you select. Refunds will not be given for orders for shipping delays. Exceptions would only include lost items in the mail and that would be claimed through the postal service selected, reach out directly if this is the case. If your package is returned to me in the event you do not accept or the maximum delivery attempts have been made, I will refund the cost of the order minus shipping which you will receive an email confirmation for. 

 

A NOTE ABOUT CUSTOMS: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to be current on any customs fees or VAT taxes that may be applicable to their purchase order. We are not liable for customs fees or VAT taxes that your country charges you, the importer, nor are we responsible for any delays in delivery on account of customs.
