Refund/Return policy

Damaged items will be replaced at no charge to the buyer; send an email with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery and you'll receive a replacement deck (or full refund or exchange if the deck is no longer available). With the new deck, you'll get a postage paid return envelope to send the damaged deck back to A Riffle In Time.

Undamaged items may be returned in unused condition within 7 days of receipt (as verified by tracking) for a full refund of purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Used decks or decks that have been removed from the plastic packaging may not be returned. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items that have been opened/used will not be accepted. 

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will then credit your card for the cost of the item and will send you an email confirmation once the process is completed. Please allow 5-13 business days, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement. 

When returning or exchanging items, please be sure to pack items carefully in the same way you received them. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and we cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail.

 

Gift Cards/Certificates are a nonrefundable purchase.
