Refund/Return policy

Damaged items will be replaced at no charge to the buyer; send an email with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery and you'll receive a replacement deck (or refund or exchange if the deck is no longer available). These pictures need to include the damage to the shipping box from inside and out and then the damage to the deck itself so I can send through to the appropriate shipping partner. With the new deck, you'll get a postage paid return label to send the damaged deck back to A Riffle In Time.

Undamaged items may be returned in unused and unopened condition within 7 days of receipt (as verified by tracking) for a refund of the order price minus the shipping. The responsibility of Shipping charges are not refundable and the responsibility of the buyer for both the original shipping and return shipping in return situations.

Used decks or decks that have been removed from the plastic packaging may not be returned. 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items that have been opened/used will not be accepted. 

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will then credit your card for the cost of the item and will send you an email confirmation once the process is completed. Please allow 5-13 business days, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement. 

When returning or exchanging items, please be sure to pack items carefully in the same way you received them. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and we cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail.

As noted in the shipping policy, refunds will not be given for delayed shipments. Delivery dates are given in a window and as an estimate from the shipping provider you select and are not guaranteed or refundable. If you need something within a certain time frame ordering it with plenty of time is the way to go. Orders can not be promised on a certain date no matter the option you choose and orders will not be refunded for shipping unless the order is lost in mail.

Gift Cards/Certificates are a nonrefundable purchase.
