I will list a few things here that also might be relevant.

1. If you're reaching out for help with ordering or a current order, use the chat. That's the fastest way to reach me and since it is for just that purpose it will help me help you faster.

2. I am US based.

3. For return or shipping policies I have separate pages for each.

4. For specific information about shipping costs and estimates on shipping times you will find that information at checkout when you select which service you want. The shipping information is taken care of through the provider you choose (USPS & UPS).

5. Once I drop off a package I can no longer access anything or see anymore than you can by using the tracking number.
