The Top 10 Oracle Decks of 2025 is originally a video I posted on my YouTube channel but I wanted to make a written version too for accessibility and preference differences! If you would like to see the original video check out Top 10 Oracle Decks of 2025,
I also did a video on the Top 10 Tarot Decks of 2025 which I will make a blog post about too!
When making this list of my top oracle decks of 2025 I focused on my most used decks of the year. To figure this out I looked back through my photos, videos, journals and anything else I had to kind of look over my year. I literally tallied it up!
So these are my top 10 oracle decks of 2025 starting from 10 and working my way down to my number 1.
First I shouted out the newest tarot deck to my collection that I am most excited to use next year My Friend Fire Oracle Deck!
10. Embodied Ecosystems Tarot Oracle Deck
As I did with my tarot list the newest deck on the list holds my number 10 spot. I actually paired both of my number 10s together this year even though esthetically Embodied Ecosystems Tarot Oracle Deck and Discovering Beauty Tarot Deck might not seem like a fit I really felt it energetically. They live in the realm of feel good energy as the Gentle Tarot and I can not get enough of the nature environmental love of these kinds of decks. I was trying to pick my favorite card from this deck and I dont think I can because sooooo many of them I am in love with. The art work is stunning and production wise this was the top of the year for me. The guidebook, the box, the card stock, the art, I mean everything was a 10/10 for me.
What this deck does for me and my collection is so specific I don't have any other deck that can replace it, which is why it always ends up on this list. I think that alone says a lot about a deck with so many ones out there nowadays that this one is so unique. I love this beauty for my personal practice and is one of those decks I just don't use when reading for others so every time I used it this year was because I chose it for myself. I love doing my emotional pinpointing practice with this which I did a whole video on if you're curious.
Now this one is quite the opposite where I used this the most doing tarot readings for others! I love to add a little color energetic into my readings, especially if I notice a color really standing out in the cards I pulled and for that I grab my Color Visions Oracle Deck and match the color up. I think the guidebook is filled with such a wealth of information and it's always so spot on. I pull my own color for the year and will do the same practice of grabbing out the deck when I notice a color has really been standing out to me and just find its another one of those decks where I don't have anything else like it.
7. Phases & Forests Oracle Deck
A deck that feels more like a traditional oracle deck to me, this is such a good one to use as an overall theme card or even an add on journal prompt to a reading. I use this frequently for that in readings for others. I love how the Phases & Forests Oracle Deck has a question/reflection on each card and also has the moon phases and the solstice & equinox cards that I use as my prompt for my journal/card pull during ritual those days. And honestly it's just a beautiful oracle deck full of nature watercolor art like Kat's other deck Roots & Wings Oracle and the backs are stunning!
I have talked a lot about this one over the past couple years because it is a favorite of mine to use. I love its simple but mighty guidebook that always gives me a spot on message and lots of times with some little action to do after. It has a section just for rituals, meditations, etc in the back that most of the cards reference to one and I love having something to do with a reading and its meaning afterwards. It's like a way to incorporate the message into my life immediately. Death Doula Oracle is a stunning photography oracle deck and it has been a stand out in my collection since I got it.
Were we talking about unique decks? lol Yep another one and this is because each card is matched with a poem instead of your more traditional guidebook meaning. I love Poesis Oracle Deck and I use it with Reclaim in this really special way but also love to add it to the readings I give. It is one of the decks that also gets used in my year aheads and this years was so spot on I was shook. I really love the art work and it is one of the few less colorful decks I enjoy. Also you can now get the book of poems all on its on or as a physical guidebook if you were itching to have it in your hands and not digitally.
4. Visions in the Liminal Space Oracle Deck
This deck has been a part of my collection for some time and is always used but not like I used it this year. It just seemed to be a reach for go to or my list and it always surprises me again when its non colorful deck. This deck is more intuitive for me and I rarely take a look at the guidebook as most of the lesson I learned from it were watching live readings from one of the creators during their Sunday readings. I think some of these cards just are ingrained deep in me like literally carefree timelessness that's tattooed on my body 😂 I love Kaylees art style and it's a good call you out kinda deck which I appreciate honesty and upfront-ness.
I will never stop singing the praises of this deck. It is a 78 card ORACLE deck and every card hits. I love how upfront and honest this deck is but also the sweetness I can find in it too. The guidebook is short and sweet but powerful, it always gives me exactly what I need to hear. It's hard to make this statement but this is my favorite of the spirit speak decks and you know how much I love them! When it comes to just a straight up oracle deck, there is no other above it for me. My absolute go to.
2. Extraordinary Incantations Tarot Oracle Deck
When doing the tally for the tarot oracle decks I made sure to note in which way I was using the deck in and I find for the next two I primarily use them as oracle decks. Extraordinary Incantations is one of my favorite decks because it is the perfect card a day puller for me. No matter where I am mentally or physically I can always make space for it because it meets me where I am. If I need to just take it as an oracle deck then let me take that message and go. If I want to do it as a tarot spread then boom, there I go. I love pairing it up with the Gentle Tarot tin edition so another reason why I use it as an oracle more often. This year was tough and so many times I was able to go to my dresser and just pull the card off the top and take that affirmation into my day.
1. Outgrow Yourself Tarot Oracle Deck
Well, no one is surprised I know 😂 This is a deck a lot of people actually think of me when they see it and I have to say, what an honor. This deck is funky and bitey but somehow just what I need. I love its unique perspective and how it turns me on my head sometimes. Outgrow Yourself is one of the few decks I feel like I can just rely on to always read for me and I feel like we are having more of a conversation most of the time than anything. It's my old trusty and this year like many others had and to come, it's my number one.
