A deck interview spread is my favorite way to connect with a new deck. Before I work with a deck I want to interview it and see what it's all about and how best to work together.
Tips:
- Really shuffle them
- Think about the questions as you do, even read them aloud.
- Try using the guidebook for the cards you pull. I find its the best way to get the most representative voice from the deck.
- Try making it a conversation, I show an example of how I do that in my how I work with my decks video
- As with everything, trust your intuition 💕

Deck Interview Questions
- Tell me about yourself in 1 card
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
- How are we meant to work together?
- What do you need from me for us to work best together?
- What is the outcome or lesson we are working towards?
